We supply and install to British, European and SSAIB Standards

Intruder alarms – Bells only or monitored for Police response.

Fire alarm – Local warning or monitored for fire brigade response.

CCTV – Self contained systems for monitoring and recording on site.  Monitored for Police response or viewed via the internet on your own PC anywhere or your mobile phone.  Images can be stored on a digital video recorder for up to 6 months at a time and reviewed as and when required.  No more video cassettes required!

Remote Monitoring

To meet clients requirements’ where commercial premises contain high value or high risk goods or for ‘high profile’ residential clients, we provide systems with external sensors around the property which, when triggered whilst the premises are unoccupied, alert our RVRC (Remote Video Receiving Centre).  They can view the entire perimeter of the site and warn off unauthorised persons by means of high powered loud speaker announcements.

All of our CCTV surveillance systems can be designed to be viewed at a remote location on your laptop or mobile telephone.

Covert Systems

We also specialise in covert installations which is a cost effective method to monitor and gain essential evidence of suspected criminal offences being committed.

Access control – Allows access only to authorised staff through any door at any time.  Ideal for any size office, with staff numbers from 1 to 10,000.  All controlled via one of the simplest operating systems available.  Only requires about twenty minutes training.

Door entry – Video or audio, colour or black and white.  Our systems are modular to allow systems to be designed for individual requirements.  Some systems can be configured to call home or mobile telephones.

Automated gates and barriers – For the home or commercial sites, such as car parts, school entrances loading bays etc.  Add access control and it’s a perfect solution to stop opportunist ‘walk ins’, parking issues and general security for vulnerable areas.

Manned security and key holding – We can provide full key holding service through one of the regions leading manned security companies.

Physical security – We can advise you in all aspects of physical security including, roller shutters, window grills, locks and security railings.

Retail tagging – We can advise on all aspects of tagging systems for all retail premises.

We have developed a range of equipment for people who need to have control over their environment, particularly people with disabilities.  Numerous functions can be operated simply by pressing a button on a small handheld transmitter.  Our range includes entry phones and intercoms with totally hands free operation, radio controlled door openers, appliance controllers and curtain pullers.

Installation

To achieve a first class installation you have to start from the moment our surveyor walks through your door.  We don’t employ sales persons to sell our systems.  Our surveyors are time served installation engineers with a minimum of ten years experience.  When they design a system they will know all the regulations and what is possible to install.  They don’t work on commission so you don’t have to worry about them under or over specifying.

Completion of time

When our engineers arrive on site they will be confident in the knowledge that the specification and time allocated will be accurate.  Completion of the work on time is achieved and our clients can be assured of a first class installation.

Solo Security prides itself in being the neatest installers in the business.  Our engineers are fully trained, carry Solo Security ID cards and wear Solo Security uniforms.  They are Police vetted and trained to install in accordance with British, European and SSAIB Standards.  Above all, they are polite and courteous to the customers and their environment.
